As a Bobarista, you’ll help manage daily operations, support team members, and ensure a great customer experience.
Prepare and serve a variety of boba teas, loose-leaf teas, and specialty drinks according to Gathers Tea Bar’s recipes and quality standards.
Cook and maintain boba pearls and other toppings to ensure freshness and consistency.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.
Handle transactions using the POS system and maintain an organized workspace.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in food service, barista, or boba tea preparation is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Passion for tea, bubble tea, and creating an inviting space for guests.
REQUIRED:
Retail and restaurant experience.
